For a request: your name, phone, contact method, address, problem details, preferred date and time, and an optional photo. For a review: your name, verification phone, completed service, rating and review text.
Privacy policy
We collect only the information required to contact you, fulfil a service request and verify a submitted review.
How reviews are published
A new review is visible only to the administrator. After moderation, the website may publish the customer name, rating, service and review text. The phone number is never published.
Why we use it
To confirm the request, agree the time and price, assign a specialist, complete the work and provide status updates. We do not sell the information or use it for third-party advertising.
Storage and access
Information is stored in the protected website database. Access is limited to the service administrator and, where necessary, the specialist assigned to the request.
Messengers and third parties
If you choose Telegram, Viber or WhatsApp, delivery is also governed by that provider’s privacy policy. The website sends the administrator a technical Telegram notification when a new request is created.
Retention
Requests, photos and private review-verification data are retained for no longer than 24 months unless required for warranty or legal obligations. A published review remains until consent is withdrawn or the administrator removes it.
