To confirm the request, agree the time and price, assign a specialist, complete the work and provide status updates. We do not sell the information or use it for third-party advertising.
Storage and access
Information is stored in the protected website database. Access is limited to the service administrator and, where necessary, the specialist assigned to the request.
Messengers and third parties
If you choose Telegram, Viber or WhatsApp, delivery is also governed by that provider’s privacy policy. The website sends the administrator a technical Telegram notification when a new request is created.
Retention
Requests and photos are retained for no longer than 24 months after completion or cancellation unless a longer period is required for warranty or legal obligations. The administrator can delete a request earlier when you ask.
